Quick Update on the Hermit Crab Crabitats
I met Mary from the HCA today. She was kind enough to bring me huge shells for Monster, the other straws, and crabs. We met at All About Fish, Mary and I are both shoppers. I came home with a bell ornament for the straw tank and she went home with a 75 gallon….Ummmm, hummmm. So I moved the creepy house from the straw tank into the main tank. Ummm, I like it. I bought it because I thought the stairs that wrapped around it would be cool for the crabbies, but at that point I didn’t know I would be getting such big straws. Anyway, I’m happy with the changes and so are the crabs.

Here is the bell and Monster checking out one of the shells Mary gave me. Bashful is in the brown shell in the foreground and my other new straw, Fritz, is already in the bell. I so hope he changes, he can’t even get his eyeballs in his current shell and it’s full of holes. Uggggg!
A big thank you to Mary for the shells and the shopping trip. 
My mother is visiting. I came home from work and the first thing she said is that she’s addicted to crabs. She said that she missed most of her soap operas because she was watching my crabs. I perked up “missed your Soaps??”. She howled, “Yes, little Mr. Carrot was blah, blah, blah”. I will spare you the rest of the story.
