I’m sure most of you won’t think too much of this photo, but too me it’s very special. Most of my crabs have been under the sand for 20+ days, either molting or destressing. This little guy popped back up to the surface today, all fresh from a molt. I got him on 02/08 and haven’t seen him since. I’ve been so worried about them under the sand, it does my heart such good to see one of them resurface. I didn’t even get to name him before he went under.

Since Oreo’s molt his color has changed considerably. He is now a metallic blue; almost the same color that we are painting our Mustang.
