Shell Changing Area

Ruggies on the Shell Changing Level - Canon G2

I have had a small aquatic landing in the tank for a few weeks with moss and a hidey hut and the crabs really love it; so I got a medium landing which I added to the tank tonight. When I was swapping things around I found about eight guys on the moss landing; a testament to their approval.

Shell Changing Level

I moved the smaller aquatic landing to the left side of the tank and I’m now using it as the shell changing area. It works much better than the reptile hammock that I was using; the hammock would tend to fall every so often. The crabs seem to approve of the new dressing room. I had half the shells on the reptile hammock and most of bigger shells sitting on a netting level. I am able to put all the shells on the aquatic landing so now the netting is open for them to crawl around more.
